Non-profits are encouraged to create an account on our website and add their logo, pictures, mission statement, etc. There is absolutely no charge to the non-profit.
Navigate your web browser to ptoexchange.com/signup, and click 'Sign up' under 'Non-profit organization'.
Here you can register your non-profit with our platform and gain access to your organization's non-profit landing page, where you can edit your profile settings, add pictures, logos, mission statement, social media link, etc. There is absolutely no charge to do so.
The registration form contains the following inputs, please fill them out completely to continue:
- Company Name (This is the name of the nonprofit organization)
- EIN (This is the 9 digit EIN/Tax ID)
- First Name of contact
- Last Name of contact
Once you have filled out the form, click the sign up button. The system will then send you an email with a verification link.
Once you receive the email, open it, and click the verification link to complete your registration.
The verification email should be sent within a minute or two of signing up, if you don't see it please first check your junk mail and if it is not there then please reach out to support@ptoexchange.com and our support team will help out further.
If someone has already registered the non-profit you are trying to register, or if your organization has lost access to the original contact email that was used at sign up, please reach out to support@ptoexchange.com and our support team will help out further.
